Originally Baltimore’s Railway Express Post Office, this 80,000 square ft. building is located in the Station North Arts District adjacent to Baltimore’s Penn Station. AZOLA created a plan for beautifully scaled loft apartments with extraordinary natural light and views. Offices on the 1st floor utilize the tall ceilings with mezzanines towards the rear of each space. The building is a great example of an adaptive reuse.
