The Ivy Hotel is Maryland’s finest upscale boutique hotel. The project consists of the adaptive reuse of a 19th century mansion and the two adjacent row homes, which were previously a City of Baltimore hotel, The Inn at Government House. Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Mount Vernon neighborhood, the hotel is a one-of-a-kind experience, private and luxurious, low-key and welcoming with an aura of rich, historic elegance turned up by modern interventions.
The hotel includes 18 guest rooms and suites, an exclusive restaurant, and spa. The main public spaces look out on an outdoor courtyard with high walls, ivy-covered brick, gardens, and gas lanterns.
